CONSENT & SERVICE AGREEMENT For Bookkeeping & Budgeting Services ATE Financial Services, LLC (DBA: ATE Financial Solutions) Owner: Elshekita Holmes | Mississippi
1. Consent to Services By submitting this form, you agree to allow ATE Financial Services, LLC to provide bookkeeping, budgeting, and/or financial consulting services. These services may include organizing financial records, creating strategies, and helping you manage your money better. This does not replace legal or CPA advice. Tax filing is separate and requires its own agreement.
2. Authorization to Access & Share Financial Data You authorize us to: • Access your financial docs (bank statements, receipts, income logs, etc.) • Use secure portals, emails, or cloud tools to manage your records • Work with your accountant or software (like QuickBooks) if needed Your data will not be sold or misused. Privacy is a priority.
3. Client Responsibilities You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information. • Upload required documents via secure portals or intake forms by the deadlines we set. • Keep us informed of any major financial changes (new income streams, business changes, etc.). You acknowledge that we are not responsible for inaccurate reports caused by incomplete or late documentation from you.
4. No Guarantee of Results While we will help you track spending, reduce financial waste, and stay organized, we cannot guarantee: • Savings results • Credit improvement • Loan approvals • Tax outcomes Success depends on your cooperation and follow-through.
5. Communication Consent You agree to be contacted by phone, text, email, or portal. You also consent to receive documents electronically and sign forms digitally.
6. Payment & Refund Policy All service fees are due before or at the time of service. • No refunds once services begin • If you provide incorrect or incomplete info, that does not qualify for a refund • Late docs may delay service but do not cancel payment obligations
7. Legal Terms • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. • Any disputes will be resolved in a Mississippi court with jurisdiction over business contracts. • You agree not to publicly defame or misrepresent ATE Financial Services, LLC. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for slander, non-payment, or breach of agreement.
